Final project files become the client’s property after full payment. However, AppSapp may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested. Some internal frameworks or reusable components may remain the intellectual property of AppSapp.

Some projects may rely on third-party platforms, hosting, APIs, or tools. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, technical failures, or policy updates made by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppSapp is not liable for data loss, revenue loss, business interruption, security breaches caused by hosting providers, or issues arising from client modifications made after delivery. All services are provided “as is” without warranties.
